I don't know about the 'insert disk' but we are using Magic Jack more now
because of the improved voice quality.

I still have it set as the second line on the phones, but I have been selecting
it for out going calls. I have not been
cut off or have other problems in months. For $19/year it is worth the cost.

My only complaint at this time is that you can't have your incoming calls
forwarded to a toll free number.

Subject: [NF] Magic Jack has altered it's disk drive

This affected me because I my client has an old, old FPW 2.6 system that has
the I/O error when you have drives that
aren't available like CDs, DVDs and Removable drives. They are using Magic
jack to save on phone bills.

Magic Jack must have loaded different software that makes its removable drive
unavailable to Windows. It used to be
that you could click on the "F" drive and see Magic Jack software, now it says
"Insert Disk Into Drive F"

By the way, Magic Jack's voice quality has improved dramatically lately.
