Who is "they"?

Why, it's the very large corporations like intel, citibank and many
others...
These for the most part are Americans putting Americans out of work because
they believe in the lie that they (meaning us) will find similar or better
paying jobs..

For instance, look at this commercial intel puts out...
It ought to make you sick at your stomach <grin>
