OK - Rick - I've just opened the report form as a DBF - as I've done a
good number of times in the past - and I DO See the "DOS platform
records" that you mentioned! 

However, there are a LOT of them. And, if I remove them - wouldn't that
completely change the report - and possibly corrupt it - or change the
layout in some bad way?

I have seen add behavior in reports that were converted from FoxPro for
DOS
or FoxPro for Windows 2.6. I have not seen your exact issue, but you
might
want to open up the FRX as a DBF and see if there are DOS platform
records
and removing them if that is the case.
