Actually - I just tried it. And, after Deleting those DOS platform lines
- the report layout looks the same in the report designer (which I
compared by taking a screenshot BEFORE I deleted those records). 

Also - since I only marked those records for Deletion - but, did not
PACK that report Form - there shouldn't be a problem and I could always
recall those records.

At this point - I may just have my Tech guy send them the updated report
form - test it on their system (just to confirm it still runs properly)
- then sit back and wait for the client to report the same type of
problem again!
