Malcolm,
We install our main product to the C:\PowerChurch. When the user is
installing to a workstation we install a loader application to
{ProgramFiles}\PowerChurch, and create the {commonappdata}\PowerChurch
folder. Both of these installs require administrative access on the
workstation. The loader application will download files to
{commonappdata}\PowerChurch then run the application from there.
So. 1. Yes, 2. Yes, and Yes.
