Even the weak VFP App and Form Wizards allow you to change the resulting code base. It is not even to release 1.0 and they only in the last few days are getting developer feedback from people who are not in the inner circle. I believe this team is going to get quite a bit of feedback, and so far they sound like they are willing to listen and adjust as needed. >> Supported a higher-level language like Python, Ruby or Lua<< I heard an interview (can't recall which one) that other languages might be supported in the future, but as we have seen, Microsoft is severely cutting resources on two of the languages in your list.
