Mostly, I just want something better than the in-built speakers. They aren't *bad*, but they're not a strong point of this particular machine. Portability would be nice, but is extremely low-priority. The machine, while a laptop, is primarily used as a desktop replacement. Mostly it will be used for playing MP3 files and the occasional video game.
