I have uninstalled and reinstalled MSXML 4.0 SP2 several times with no luck.
I was getting a different error before I uninstalled and reinstalled, "The
Device is not Ready".
Now that I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I get "The specified module
could not be found"
If I try to load Foxtabs, I get the error:
OLE error code 0x80070015: The device is not ready
The debugger also opens and stops on the line
oXmlDom = NewObject("Msxml2.DomDocument.4.0")
Hopefully this will help solve the problem ?

A guess here, but I think your msxml4.dll file is missing or corrupt.
Make sure this file is on your workstation and in a path Windows can find. I
believe this file also needs to be registered.
I haven't looked, but I bet there's a MSI file from MS that you can download
to (re)install and re(register) this file.
If this doesn't work, post back and I'll think on your problem some more.
