Ok, I have solved the OLE error and am a happy camper. I am not sure what caused the problem, but after several uninstalls and reinstalls of The msxml4 sp2 I found the msxml4.dll was getting installed in the SysWOW64 folder instead Of the System32 folder. Not sure if that matters but I copied the dll's to the System32 and Then registered them and everything is working again. Maybe this is a Windows 7 issue ?

These earlier releases are not included in the msxml4 sp2 installation.
