Ok, I have solved the OLE error and am a happy camper.

I am not sure what caused the problem, but after several uninstalls and
reinstalls of
The msxml4 sp2 I found the msxml4.dll was getting installed in the SysWOW64
folder instead
Of the System32 folder. Not sure if that matters but I copied the dll's to
the System32 and
Then registered them and everything is working again. Maybe this is a
Windows 7 issue ?

You probably need to re-install msxml,dll, msxml2.dll and msxml3.dll.
These earlier releases are not included in the msxml4 sp2 installation.
