The first time I noticed a significant difference between IE and Firefox was a couple of years ago when I was working on my T-Shirt site at Cafepress.
Mow the differences are even greater. there is no reason nor to have your corporation standardize on Firefox or Chrome unless there are specific websites that don't render properly for some reason.
