Hi Tracy

"Click on this link to view it. " + '<' + "File://" + lcLink + '>'
works a treat

Thanks again.

If you ever come to the UK your welcome to free lodgings.

Cheers

Use <> instead of ""

"Click on this link to view it. " + '<' + "File://" + lcLink + '>'

What's the error?
I register the VFP runtimes in the {cf}\Microsoft shared\VFP folder. I
occasionally have a client call with a "Resource file mismatch". This is
due to the VFP?ENU.DLL being in the path, and a different version than
the registered version.
ActiveX OCX files, I usually do the same but in the third parties
recommended location. Satellite Forms ActiveX control and dependant DLL
was required to be in the System32 folder, as it was hardcoded
apparently.
