any hints. I don't get FoxRockX
what seems to be an issue is moving the mouse over does not invoke
MouseEnter. Otherwise I could do it that way

I have a need for a grid textbox to show a tooltip. Its a code in the text
and I wanted on mouse enter to fill the tooltiptext with the reason. But I
cant get it to work. It will be different for each row so not a matter of
one tooltip, more each row will have a tooltip depending on the reson code.
