You might try adding the profoxtech email address to your contacts. There was a user on another mailing list who's account send spam that I flagged. Apparently, he got control of his account again, but I found all his stuff was in Spam. I added his name, and also searched the Spam folder for it and un-flagged them all. Seems to be sticking.
