data visualization tools)

That gallery https://github.com/mbostock/d3/wiki/Gallery has
ready-to-go Javascript for every sample. Seems a brilliant alternative
to Google Charts for j701 use.

At present there's nothing about D3 in J wiki. There ought to be a
page with a monkey-see monkey-do example to get people started using
D3 with JHS. Have you a suitable script as a starting point?
