I have jgt-cmd and jhs.bat as two icons on my desktop. They work independently. I can open the same file in each and switch back and forth with no issues that I have found so far. In less than 12 htours (including sleeping) I can paint a polar rose. Some individual scripts have problems but it is great that so much is working well.
