Once upon a time, Eric Iverson was cleaning up the help links (so that
they would be version specific).

Unfortunately, this broke existing references to the unversioned links, so:

Probably the link for j help without a j version in the url should
point at the version appropriate for the current stable version of J.
This is not completely ideal, but it's simple and it's pretty close to
what we really need.

Then again, right now, that might in some sense be J602?

Then again, I also think we really need cross-version links on each
page (and some way of seeing the differences between versions).  But
that's a bigger project.  Or, at least, links into help from other
places on the site should probably enumerate the documented versions.
