Sorry for taking so long to respond to this. My last post was just meant as
a reference for anyone getting started with graphics, but I guess I should
have elaborated on the problem that lead me to use the gl* instead of gd*
commands.

I haven't tracked down what's causing it, but in 803, if you run:
help > studio > labs > category:graphics > graph utilities

There is an error on step 7:

| domain error: chkgl2
|       glbrush glrgb BRUSHCOLO

It works fine in 802, and I've verified that other users have this problem
on both windows and android.
