I tested on window xp and can confirm there was domain error on executing glbrush. I suspect this is not a bug in j803 gl2 but the graph addon needs some patch to work with j803.
IMO graph addon is not a high priority and it is not used in other addons apart from labs. If just want gl2 commands I recommend using gl2 addon directly.
