[Jprogramming] isidraw and glpixels

After switching to isidraw I was able use gl2 polygon commands with 
glpaintx '' used for animations.

Now I am looking to do something similar with raster graphics. It is 
easy enough to get the raster graphic to display in an isidraw window, 
but when I try to animate using glpaintx'', the window only drawn at the 
end of the animation. Any ideas?
