If I understand correctly, what you asked for is that the derived annoynmous verb from invoking an adverb to switch locale, eg, (u c_t_) to be an annoynmous verb in locale t. But I think currently J only switch locale when invoking verbs, you need to modify J engine source in order to change this behavior.
