Just on the off chance that it might be some issue with the previous lab format 
(and this lab is in the 805 format) I converted the sequence over to the 
current lab format and the results were the same. 

The 0 shows up in the terminal window when plot and debug are run together and 
the terminal window will not execute lines, although it does allow you to enter 
characters, and the only way to close it is to force quit. 

Is there anything else that I can try to help out? 

I think that if it is a jqt issue then it is more likely to be Bill who will 
solve the problem and if it is JE, I would guess that is in your court.
