That's not an answer, it's a refusal to answer.

When a change to the language is proposed, a
demonstration that the change would be more useful if made
elsewhere amounts to a decisive objection against the
change.

Since many have shown that formatting would be
better done in a separate verb, it would be a kludge
to wire it into 6!:0 .  Why bother to add something
that makes the language less beautiful?
