Hi Bill,
Not much enlightenment here - I played with Publish a while ago but have never 
used it in anger. However I noticed (and fixed) a number of syntax errors on 
the wiki pages for Publish that were preventing it from showing all the info 
that is there. 
Perhaps that will help...
