At a glance the original expression looked to me as roughly "sum of
digits of prime numbers" but I didn't study it enough to figure out
which prime numbers or which digits.  aThen the left same [ threw me.  I
checked the expression as a dyad but this was immediately unreasonable.
After reading a couple more thread messages and rereading the problem
statement I figured out that "I will send in one number input and output
and see how long it will take." described its expected use.  Perhaps I
should have translated to and from Icelandic.
