The most helpful steps I found for the libint1-8.dll domain error were these:

   * delete the folder  jpath '~install/gtk'
   * start a new jconsole session
    load 'pacman'
    'update' jpkg ''
     getgtkbin 0
    'reinstall' jpkg 'base library gui/gtk ide/gtk'

Have you deleted the bad directory for gtk?  On my system, this is what I had 
to do:

    jpath '~install/gtk'
c:/users/me/j764p/j64-701/gtk

and then I deleted c:/users/me/j764p/j64-701/gtk.

Once I deleted the bad gtk directory, reran getgtkbin 0 from jconsole, exited 
jconsole and started gtk, I did not get the error.
