The message is a programming challenge; the posting now is to give people enough time to solve it, while the request to not post is actually a request to not post the solution in order to not "spoil" the fun for the people who are finding it more of a challenge than you are.
Feel free to post an "I'm finished now" message if you finish before the rest. Or feel free to start work only on the last day. Or if you're like me, feel free to be ashamed at my own laziness and lack of knowledge of J.
