Hi Travis,
I have adopted the original Pablo's branch on this feature, and I will try
to quickly assess its stability and finishing its refactoring in the next
coming days. Although his branch his really about bibsched not to stop in
case of failed bibuploads, but keep on going and simply posticipating
incoming bibuploads touching the same records involved in the original
crash.
For long indexing not to interrupt normal flows, we should either improve
on the fine granularity of bibindex or finally introduce the concurrent
task support.
