When setting up a new server here, our db admin wanted to try MySQL 5.5.

I said I'd go along to see what problems we might have, with the caveat that if
it got too hairy we'd move back....I wonder if anyone else has looked at this?

Off the bat I notice that inveniocfg --create-tables

fails because of

CREATE TABLE foo (...) TYPE=MyISAM

which should read:

CREATE TABLE foo (...) ENGINE=MyISAM

TYPE has been deprecated since 4.1 and was removed in 5.2

Clearly that has to be changed (though it means we would only support back to
4.0.18 when ENGINE was introduced, but that should be fine these days...), but
it shouldn't be too bad to change....

Anyone know in advance if there are other gotchas which make this a
non-worthwhile project? Or shall I have a go at it?

Best,
Travis
