Job Description
* Posses prior experience as DW Architect in areas of DW tool evaluation and
proof of concepts
* Possess prior experience in enterprise application portfolio rationalization
including defining data migration roadmaps and solutions
* Possess prior experience as DW Architect role on an Enterprise DW
implementation/large
DW consulting practice/DW product implementation:
o Experience designing data models, ETL, metadata, cubes and drill through
reports
o Experience in using data discovery tools
o Demonstrated knowledge of DW data population techniques (ETL/ELT) for target
structures such as Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas and 1-3NF data models. This
includes error/suspension handling, control processing, data cleansing, and
performance design
* Extensive experience with IBM suite of DW products (ETL and BI)
- IBM InfoSphere (DataStage, Information Analyzer ,quality stage, metadata
work bench etc.)
- SAP Business Objects, Cognos
- SAP BW, SAP BI
