Title: top moz
Guys,

I think one of the main things what is missing is a task list and then assigning some (human) resources to this. So maybe we could edit the wiki Page by adding some descriptions of _what_ day to day work is to be done, I think the people currently doing this work would know best of what this consists, and (roughly) how much of their work time / week is currently involved.

(e.g  - [I am just guessing here]
- new projects approval
- forum administration
- flagging Spam
- hosting / code administration
- CVS admin
- site admin / domain name renewal
- site development / web templates
- administration related to bugzilla
- user management
- company related administration
- public relations
...
etc.

if we had this list it would help us to assign resources to it. Could the existing staff do up a very short synopsis of their day to day work with the mozdev system?

thanks for your efforts, we should be able to keep this prjoect afloat. I will contact some sponsors shortly in order to look for funding (But I am not taking this as my permanent job, I am more interested in the  Project Admin aspects myself).

regards
   Axel

I'm off to look at the current bugs and see if I can do anything useful there.
And consider potential disaster plan alternatives.
