If you are referring to the Officers and Directors positions, we don't need
those filled. Those positions are only required by the non-profit bylaws
adopted by mozdev. A subset of those positions are required by U.S. law for
non-profit organizations. Since both the by-laws and the non-profit
organization are about to be scrapped, those positions do not need to be
filled.

Not only aren't there objections, we--the mozdev board--looked for such
sponsors before. We've even asked Mozilla to assume (consume?) us. None of
these searches were fruitful. However, we did not approach google apps. You
should feel empowered to do so as an outspoken community member and
respected AMO editor/reviewer.

Right, not sure if it's done yet. I cannot remember without checking the
[email protected] mailing list. Honestly, though, I don't think it's
relevant to the task(s) at hand.
