Guys (and Gals),
Can we put together a page with useful links for drupal administrators?
http://www.mozdev.org/drupal/admin => no
access there :(
obviously we shall need a description on how to log on and give
access rights to more Admin users as the takeover process goes on.
http://www.mozdev.org/drupal/node/add
=> add more content, that
appears to work
http://www.mozdev.org/drupal/wiki/Main-Page
=> Wiki - my current
hook into the system
http://www.mozdev.org/drupal/aggregator/sources
=> nothing here ??
I think generally content is rich, and good; just to find stuff is a
bit of a nightmare; so we should start with some "Starting Point" pages
(similar to the Add-On developer hub).
Also we should document on that page for the php developers where
exactly the sources of the current Mozdev pages are (I remember there
were some emails flying around a few months back, I certainly tried to
get into the online CVS browser for the pages, but I could not find the
sources for the Wiki - otherwise I would have attempted to fix some
BBCode bugs.) If we can organize some onscreen walkthroughs with Doug /
David / Eric over the next fortnight then we can start documenting.
Unfortunately I have never done Php - so if it requires changing the
pages itself I would be well out of my depth *, (and only a drupal
newbie) so I don't know whether it is easy to set up. I know how to
edit a Wiki, so I could set up a "Admin Start-up" Wiki with relevant
links though.
What do you think?
thanks
Axel
* give me classic ASP,
ASP.NET C#, CSS, HTML, JS client programming and
I will be fine. But I am afraid that's out of the question for Mozdev?
