Yes Phil that is the idea. We shall elect somebody (or several) for taking notes (and I don't mind if it is me, as long as I am able to attend). The more we can structure the session in advance (through means like the bullet list I sent out earlier) the more productive the outcome will be.

Also, we can record the (WebEx) session (screen cast + chat) for our later perusal.
