Islam ini agama maskulin, agama yang dikuasai laki laki
seorang  laki laki bisa menceraikan istrinya kapan saja dan hampir dengan cara 
apa saja
tapi sebaliknya kalau perempuan ingin menceraikan suaminya, perkaranya dibikin 
susah dan rumit
mesti ke pengadilan agama lah, didengarkan dulu alasan alasannya lah, setelah 
itu keputusan cerai bisa iya bisa gagal

nih satu lagi yang kocak, jika seorang suami telah menceraikan bininya secara 
sah dengan ngomong begini
" sri gue ceraiin lu hari ini " 

eh besoknya dia nyesel, ternyata bini gue bahenol juga ya, apalagi musim dingin 
begini
dia pengen balik lagi sama si sri bahenol, tapi hukum islam mengatakan si sri 
mesti kawin dulu sama orang
lain lalu cerai sebelum balik lagi sama si mas tawang

mas tawang akhirnya bilang

" sri, mas pengen balik lagi, sebaiknya lu kawin dulu sama mas dimas,
bobo bareng aja biar cuma semalem juga ora opo opo sri "

talak lewat sms memang legal secara islam. bisa juga lewat titip pesen "tolong 
bilang sama si a, gw ceraikan die gitu! " kalimat ini juga sah dan legal dalam 
islam. bahkan dengan kalimat "pulang sana ke orang tua mu! " ucapan inipun 
adalah sah dan legal. atau afdolnya begini, cukup bilang " anu . . . dengan ini 
saya ceraikan kamu dengan talak satu . . . " kalimat ini sudah sah secara islam.

bukan mengada ada. tapi itulah adanya.
