terlepas dari talak satu dua tiga empat lima enam tujuh . . iddah itu apanan bukan 5 bulan, tapi seratus hari. swlama masa iddah bisa rujuk hanya.jika ada kesepakatan kedua belah pihak dan tanpa harus nikah lagi, sedangkan kalau lewat masa iddah, wanita bisa nikah lagi dengan aiapapun termaauk dengan mantan auaminya (jika belum jatoh talak 3), dimana pernikahan itu tetep mosti memenuhi rukun yang 5.

" oh noo. . . nddak bisa. suka nddak suka, mau nddak mau, marlene tetep harus jadi istri uplik -kecuali - uplik ketangkap basah lagi bersetubuh (atau disetubuhi) sama bonobo. itupun harus dengan saksi yang cukup dimana kesaksian wanita tetep dihitung setengah. dalil nakli.kenapa itu talak tiga nddak biaa sekaligus begini : saat terucap kalimat "aku ceraikan kamu! " apanan itu sudah jelas turun talak satu. artinya suami istri reami bercerai. . . . masa iya kita bisa menurunkan talak dua pada orang yang bukan istri kita ? apanan udah diceraikan . . . talak dua itu, muncul setelah rujuk satu. talak tiga muncul setelah rujuk dua. kalau setelah talak satu kemudian mwlampaui.masa iddah, trus nikah lagi dengan meemnuhi 5 rukun, saat keluar talak, ya balik lagi ke angka satu. masalah menceraikan lewat sms, pan jangankan lewat sms, titip pesan aja bisa. misalnya uplik berkata pada item abu " tem . . . bilangin gih sama marlene, gw ceraikan die dwngan talak aatu gitu gih! " nah . . . ini sudah turun talak. resmi bercerai. jadi kalaupun uplik ketemu marlene dan mau rujuk, uplik mosti berakad "sayangku. . . tadi aku telah talak engkau dwngan talak satu, maukah dikau rujuk?
