gara² Kim singgung gps, jadi inget nih... buat yg punya sertifikat rumah ato ruko ato properties laen²-nya kalo anda takut sertifikat property anda di buat aspal (asli tp palsu) oleh pihak² yg gak bertanggung jawab... Segera bawa sertifikat anda ke BPN (badan pertanahan negara) utk diproses, dari status floating menjadi ber-NIB (Nomor Index Bangunan) Sertifikat rumah/propety anda kalo sudah ber-NIB gak mungkin bisa di buat aspal... Sertifikat yang sudah ber-NIB bisa dideteksi dgn gps...
