(TL;DR happened to accumulate a couple of bugs and issues centered around 
some private-hosted integration of Prosody and teh plan is to get rid of 
that stuff in one go).

Luckily that instance is not expected to have anything too private floating 
near it and so the temporary re-delegation of certificates/encryption from 
Prosody to either Haproxy or Traefik  (+ mirroring cleartext requests for 
digging into it) is not causing any problem per se. But before I go for 
it;  are there any other known pitfalls related to prosody not having certs 
that can result in extra shower of false positive bugs? (e.g. omemo 
implementation or Client app-specific issues? So far most of users there 
except bots are either on psi or some fork of conversations..)
