Hey Garry In My case, I make sure that everything is tethered to everything in the Vo Preferences. This is all a matter of taste, but also, make sure mouse follows voiceover curser. This should make the hotkeys work better. Again, that's in my personal workflow. Regarding track list in the mix window, there are 2 buttons that says mix window view button or something like that. One of them brings up a menu, while the other one seemingly does nothing. However, that one shows the track and groups list in the window. Hope that helps.
