Hi Michael,

Once you've interacted witht with the tracks table in either the Mix or Edit
windows, it's possible to navigate the tracks list with either
Control-Option-left and right arrows or Control-Option-up and down arrows. In
other words, any cursor key in conjunction with the VoiceOver keys will work.

To select audio, you need to make sure the "Link Track and Edit Selection"
option is checked under the Options menu and you need to make sure the track
you wish to edit is selected. You can either use the Control-p or
Control-semicolon commands to move the selection up or down (or left and right,
if you will) or you can go to the tracks list, navigate to the track you wish
to select, bring up the contextual menu with Control-Option-Shift-m and simply
hit escape. That'll automatically select the track. With a control surface, you
can simply press the corresponding track's select button. Any one of those
methods will do the trick. Once you have the track selected, you can select
audio or regions of audio within a track.

HTH,

Slau
