Hi Scott, I'm not sure what that window is. Frankly, it could be almost anything. Have you tried simply pressing return? I'm thinking it might just be an alert of some sort that has an OK button. Thing is, it could be related to the iLok, although that doesn't seem to make sense if you're able to open older 10.x sessions. Hmm...
