I am using version 10.38, and I clicked in change meter.
I tried changing the time signature without much luck.
I'll have another look and try it again.

Not sure what version of PT you are running, but in 10, under events
on the menu bar, you can change the meter by going to time operations
and then change meter. If you are running 11, I believe slau may have
posted a way to accomplish this a few months back.
