Hi Ramy,

I haven't used the specific plug-ins that you mentioned but I can tell you that 
most third party plug-ins are accessible except for their proprietary preset 
browsers. In almost every case, it's possible to save each third party preset 
as an Avid preset and access it from the preset pop-up list in the plug-in 
window. Keep in mind that this is either done with sighted assistance (and 
sometimes it can take hours if the preset library is particularly large) or, in 
some cases, other users can share their presets that they've assembled and it's 
possible to simply copy those presets into your presets folder.

I'm not trying to discourage you but, if you're self-admittedly lazy, I think 
you'll have a hard time with Pro Tools. There's little in the way of tutorials 
although there certainly have been some mentioned on the list and Matt has a 
site that features tutorials and shared preset folders. Others can chime in 
about that. Anyway, yes, plug-ins are mostly all accessible.
