No. Launch pro tools, and before opening a session, check it in setup.

Nope. This has happened to me. No biggie. This happens whenever you
boot pro tools, and it’s main interface is not present. If you know
you’re gonna have to do that, just check your Playback engine before
starting so you’re all good.
