An easy way to accomplish this is to use Save Copy In under the file menu and 
check the option to copy all audio files. This will create a new session folder 
with all of the files used in the session. You can then trash the original 
session folder. Be aware of where your session copy is being saved and make 
sure you know where it is before deleting the original session folder.
