Hi Mac, You mention the Icon but I think you're possibly mistaken. I've seen Icon surfaces in the $100,000 range. You might be thinking of some other surface. At any rate, the Artist series is probably the best for Pro Tools in the $1500 range. From there, you can go up to a C|24 or S3 or S6 but those will range from $5,000 to $20,000. I suspect you're looking in the lower price range. A 24-inch screen is plenty for use with Pro Tools, especially if it's for occasional use.
