how to optimise Pro Tools E.G. kill off certain keystrokes on the Mac that
conflict with PT keystrokes etc.

Subject: Beginners guide?

Hello everyone,

Just a quick question from the perspective of a curious person gathering
information. With the wealth of information from various sources, and the
fact that this information is quite spread out, and looking for all the
right answers to questions you have, and questions you should have can be a
bit intimidating on a good day, and downright frustrating on others, has
anyone considered compiling their knowledge in a sort of FAQ how to get
started with pro tools kind of thing? I just think a resource like this
would be very useful to help the very steep learning curve that comes with
trying to get in to the world of professional audio especially as a visually
impaired practitioner. If this type of thing already exists please point me
in that direction because I have completely overlooked it.

For those of you who have been users for years now, it may have just become
second nature; but there is a new generation who is just now making their
way into this minefield.

Just a thought :)
