You need to put the template files within yet another folder within the Track Presets folder. For example, you might create a folder called Pre-Fader Sends and drop that template in there. When you create a new track, in the track type pop-up menu, one of the items in the list will be "Pre-Fader Sends." When you select that option, a second pop-up list will appear to the right and any templates located in that folder will show up in that second pop-up list. You might create templates for virtual instrument tracks with plug-ins already instantiated. All of those templates can reside in a folder you might call Virtual Instruments or whatever. HTH, Slau
