Protools on the mack is the way to go. They even have a specific set of Scripps 
call flow tools to assist with the current version of ProTools. A good 
interface and control service will get you where you need to go. You could 
spend very little or if you want to do bands thousands of dollars if you were 
familiar as you say with Protools that will help a lot.
