Yep, that plug-in is a handy utility but, I would imagine, much more useful for 
sighted users Given that things like panning have easily accessible controls in 
the UI, having to move to a plug-in parameter to then adjust the perceived 
panning is really adding to the journey for such a simple task. Again, for 
sighted users, no biggie at all.
