Hi, Like I said I was able to do the downloads but like Chuck said things could be improved. Really the web site should be fully accessible for all browsers regardless of the platform. I was wondering if there is a way for Pro Tools to check for updates and download them or at least let us know when an update is out? For those of us using the educational license that web site where you go to enter in your school's e-mail address could be more usable as well as having a support desk for help with it as I had to have a sited person help me with it. The new Pro Tools 2019.12 works great on 10.13.6 and so far I have had no major issues with it. Nick Gawronski On Tue, 14 Jan 2020, Christopher Gilland wrote:

Actually, Chuck, I'm totally familiar with that exact page, being that I am an Apple developer. When I saw the URL in your msg, I knew exactly what you were referring to.

Hi Chris,
did you visit the link I posted?
That says it all.
Every interaction you have with Avid tech support get them that Apple link so they can standardize the Avid site.

Chuck,

NO offense, but what action needs to be taken? As Slau said, the website works just fine. I'm just a little confused what the problem is here? What did I miss?

Hi, I finally got it to work there were portions of the site I had to move threw and expand to find the proper download and I like it how Pro Tools has a way to login to your ilok account and once that was done the ilok license manager came up. One issue I did find is on the click here to activate license button if you don't activate it with in a few seconds it moves you back to the license description. Is that a known accessibility bug as tabbing or using quicknav did not fix the automatic moving? Now that the license is on my USB ilok with the yearly Pro Tools subscriptions there are timed evaluation licenses for Avid Falcon AAX timed license and a Pro Tools rental license is in the licenses that can be activated do I need any of these if Pro Tools 2019.12 runs fine and what are they for? Hi, What do you do if you just see Pro Tools down pointing black pointer and no headings on that product to interact with? In different portions of the page I see questionmarks listed as links and no matter what I do I don't see any downloads come up after interacting with those links and clicking them? Even my older Pro Tools downloads are not showing up as mac downloads but I do see them as past choices and the Pro Tools text is nothing I can interact with to click on. Nick Gawronski

I am not getting that result on my mac. You do have to click on the
cover image, and you have to interact with the headers to be able to
click on the show links, but this is the way its always been, quirky,
but it seems to work.

Hi, If Avid people are on here please read this message! I
myself am using voiceover on the mac and have just upgraded to
Pro Tools 2019 and from what a sited person told me from looking
at my account on their computer everything is ok for me to
download Pro Tools 2019.12 but here is where the issues come up.
Under my products and subscriptions I after using heading
navigation do see my subscription is updated but all of the show
products links are just seen by voiceover as a questionmark for a
totally blind user. No matter what I try I am unable to find the
downloads for Pro Tools or any of the air effects bundles. If
Avid does care about Pro Tools accessibility on the mac should
this not include the web site for downloading my software as
well? Some web pages on accessibility information are
http://w3.org/WAI and http://www.webaim.org and I have written
the webmaster address at avid.com and did not get any message
back so can someone please tell me how I am to access and
download the software and bundles with voiceover? I even tried
using windows 10 pro 64 bits to try to download the files to no
luck. I am not trying to be rude but think something needs to be
done to the site for accessibility as currently it is a mess.
